Barry M. Bordetsky

Barry has represented individuals, publicly and privately held corporations as well as brokerage firms and registered representatives in various courts and arbitration forums. He also practices before arbitration and mediation tribunals.

Mr. Bordetsky is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

In addition to these courts, Mr. Bordetsky practices before arbitration and mediation tribunals, including the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”), the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

Mr. Bordetsky’s compliance and litigation background provides his clients with an attorney who knows how to limit potential exposure to his clients as well as protect the firm’s interests should a matter formalize.

Mr. Bordetsky received his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York. Formerly our litigation associate, Mr. Bordetsky also served as the General Counsel of Kirlin Securities, Inc. (NASD Member).
