Senior Associate: We are seeking a New York admitted attorney for our Westchester County office with 5-7 years of experience to join our trusts and estates, contested guardianship and estate litigation practices. Experience in trusts and estates, elder law, guardianships, mental health law, Medicaid and/or special needs planning is a plus. Associate will have extensive client contact and will maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences based on case requirements. Associate will be encouraged to participate in the firm’s business development activities and must be comfortable working with elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities and their families. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, analytic and organizational skills and be a motivated self-starter who wants to be an integral part of a well-established, nationally known boutique law firm.
